They are most likely cause by the Hampton’s Hump found on her right inferior lobe. Test/procedures: Blood test – Troponin level was <0.01 ng/mL ECG Interpretation: Normal sinus rhythm, with rate at 112. Normal intervals and axis. No hypertrophy, no evidence of ischemia. No evidence of right heart strain. Chest X-Ray: PA and lateral views Findings: Chest x-ray PA view taken in full inspiration. Adequately penetrated slight rotation to the right. Trachea slightly deviated to the right. Left lung fields are clear. The right inferior lobe is positive for Hampton’s hump. Cardiac shadow appears normal. Border of descending aorta is well-defined whereas that of arch of aorta and origin of descending aorta are ill-defined.
