What type of team did Nikki participate in when she was a freelancer? Describe how her
team type and experience changed when she became a full-time employee at Holden.
When Nikki was a freelancer, she participated in a two person work team with Scott, the
Head of Design at Holden.
Her team type changed to a Problem Solving team.
She was now in
the loop and not an outsider.
She became invested in the organization and more dedicated to the
end product.
Outline the characteristics of Holden’s design team that has contributed to high
cohesiveness among team members.
The characteristics of Holden’s design team that has contributed to high cohesiveness
among team members are small size, personality attraction, agreement on esthetics and goals,
and open interaction.
