Fully modified and up-to-date infrastructure : From the research I found that the present system has been up-to-date based on the recent demand of the IT sector, specifically in server storage capacity. This has given the company the ability to more easily facilitate future growth. 2. Pollution free: The present infrastructure is ECO friendly, and less harmful to nature. 3. Excellent plant layout: The perfect engineering or perfect location of machinery helps in easy flow of work.
4. Production monitoring, reporting and planning systems: The production status reporting system Taylor developed has led to increased efficiency. This auxiliary efficiency has advised the organization acquire overall cost savings. 5. Employee’s proper time management: Employees Potential to be delivered in a relatively short time period. 6. Professional employee: Well Talented, dedicated and well trained employees. 7. Satisfying customer service: The service provided service by employee are satisfied the customer. This helps in increase the reputation. A.2 Weakness : 1. Powerless Data Security: Energy’s current IT infrastructure has many security features which makes it a fairly robust system. However, the case study makes no mention of the security protocol for USB flash drives and other external drives that may be connected by company employees to the network infrastructure 2. Advance technology difficult to handle: As mentioned in the case study, the present technology is up-to-date but the future upgraded technology would be difficult to handle quickly. 3. Anemic wireless security: the wireless security or the networking system must be upgraded . A.3 Opportunities: 1. Opportunities from external factors: Lack of competitors in market, new social trends, and technological innovations. Even apparently restrictive legislation may be viewed as an opportunity if it inhibits your competition.
