BSBMGT517 Assessment 1 Task 1(b) One of the BBQfun policies and procedures that directly relate to the operational plan is Recruitment and Induction policy. This policy is also related to human resource department which is needed for e-Commerce Strategy. The purpose of this policy is to establish guidelines for the recruitment and selection of employees. BBQfun aims to attract and employ the most suitable person for the position who will support the organisation’s values, culture and goals in order to achieve its strategic directions. Firstly, the first principles in the recruitment and induction policy is the aim of the recruitment and selection process is to appoint the most suitable person to the position. This is related to the operational plan task of engage workers with strategic goals of business and support professional development in line with strategic goals. The most suitable person is someone who know well and support BBQfun organisation’s values, culture, strategic goals and will work hard to achieve organisation goals. Human resource department will allocate the position to the person according to their ability, efficiency to have the work done and the responsibilities of how much the person can take.
