Creating Your Dream Job 2 Creating Your Dream Job Becoming a Youth Development Director would be my dream job. To some, it may sound like an ordinary job more than a dream job, but I enjoy working with the youth. I am passionate about guiding our youth and preparing them for life. The youth center would be for children ages six through eighteen and would offer tutor and mentoring programs, recreational sports, a variety of classes and summits to help educate our youth, healthy snacks and a hot meal. The primary duties of the Youth Development Director position will be to develop and implement programs to ensure youth success. The description would be as follows: I. JOB TITLE Youth Development Director II. HOURS 6 am – 9 pm Monday through Friday 7 am – 7 pm Saturday and Sunday Closed Holidays III. JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES Implement and develop planning and project management processes to ensure that programs are coordinated expertly. The Youth Development Director will work with the staff and management to design comprehensive programs for the development of youth.
