To some, it may sound like an ordinary job more than a dream job, but I enjoy working with the youth. I am passionate about guiding our youth and preparing them for life. The youth center would be for children ages six through eighteen and would offer tutor and mentoring programs, recreational sports, a variety of classes and summits to help educate our youth, healthy snacks and a hot meal.The primary duties of the Youth Development Director position will be to develop and implement programs to ensure youth success. The description would be as follows:I.JOB TITLEYouth Development DirectorII.HOURS6 am – 9 pm Monday through Friday7 am – 7 pm Saturday and SundayClosed HolidaysIII.JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIESImplement and develop planning and project management processes toensure that programs are coordinated expertly.The Youth Development Director will work with the staff and management to design comprehensive programs for the development of youth.
