Abstract The main objective of this study is to identify factors determining employee’s job performance who are working in governmental organizations. Four independent variables are proposed to influence job performance (dependent variable). Seven regional bureaus will be selected for this empirical research. Namely:- Finance and economic development, Civil service, Main audit, Employee and social affairs, Water resources, Trade and transport and Industry and urban development. In other words, empirical data will be gathered from the seven bureaus to test the variables. Primary data is to be collected via questionnaire. Since employees working at the seven bureaus are too much in number the researcher will take sample from all bureaus by using stratified sampling technique which is probability sampling method. So, from 1050 employees working in the seven different offices (stratums) 281 employees will be selected from each bureau. To measure variables continues measures are to be employed. The reliability and validity of the measure will be tested by Test- retest method and content validity respectively. Finally, the collected data will be coded and edited and then the collected data will be entered in to SPSS and then after multiple regression analysis technique will be employed. 1
