I decided to write on OCD (Obsessive-compulsive Disorder), in which is a disorderthat is known to be a desire or obligation to engage in specific behaviors repeatedly and waymore than average in hopes of reducing the anxiety. One example would be someone whotends to keep cleaning a specific area even when it is already clean. Another example wouldbe over thinking the same thoughts.But the only way to determine if someone has OCD would be to receive a diagnosisbased off of whether they are experiencing obsessive thoughts or ideas or seem very irrationalbut it keeps coming to mind. One example would be leaving your home but not believing thatthe garage is shut. Another example could be touching something that you think might give adisease.
