This is also beneficial for the organization as the outpatient rehabilitation center has been profitable as a result. Dynamic offers an array of services to their communities, from medical to surgical care. They focus on their centers of excellence in orthopedic surgery, diabetes, and woman’s care. The majority of their patients have Medicare, followed closely by private payers covered by three large insurance companies. Medicaid patients and self-pay patients make up a small percentage of the patient population. Dynamic is faced with the decision of obtaining an EHR system or remain outdated with paper charts.
