Running Head: Leadership Abstract: The city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania helped define the importance of informal and formal leadership structures. A battle between the government officials and the MOVE, formally known as the “Christian Movement of Life” helped determine the factors of the two different types of leadership. During the time of the issues both the formal and informal leadership structures were exemplified through the actions of the two parties.
