You are a geologist on a quest for the oldest rock on Earth. You need funding from the National Science Foundation to carry out your research. In your own words, please write a 200-400 word grant proposal for your research which includes: 1. A description of the location and environment you would start you search 2. Explain why you would look for the rocks in that environment. 3. How would you go about verifying that you found the oldest rock on Earth.
