Designing Your Fitness Plan Name:Meagan Bowman Date:Sept 15, 2018 Please refer to the information in Units 1 and 2 before designing your fitness plan. Periodically review and update this plan as your goals, fitness level, and fitness knowledge changes. Design your plan based on your fitness goals. Is weight loss important to you? Do you want to improve performance in a specific sport? Would you like to run a 5K without stopping? No matter your goals, you should include the phases of a workout discussed in Unit 2- Warm up, training session, and cool down. Warm up : 5 to 10 minutes of light cardio followed by dynamic stretching and/or sport specific activities. Specifically, what will you do to warm up? What type of light cardio will you do? Will you add dynamic stretches/sport specific activities? How many sets and for how long? I will stretch my legs and arms out for approximately 5 minutes, and then do a slow jog on the treadmill for another 5 minutes.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
