For each case presented, various moral issues and rights are at stake for the involved parties. In some cases, there are relevant duties of natural law. As noted in our text, natural rights are moral rights that people have automatically. They include the most basic moral rights and correspond to certain basic moral obligations. (Burnor, Raley 200). In Case 5, the parties involved are the homeless man, the woman being attacked, the attacker, and all the passersby during and after the attack. When the homeless gentleman was injured by the attacker and left to die, in public view, his natural rights were being violated. In specific context, he has a right to life (regardless of his personal living arrangements) and a right to health, which can be defined as protection from injuries or harm done by others (Burnor, Raley 200). According to Locke, everyone has moral responsibilities. Many people failed to exercise them in this scenario.
