Human Rights 1. The system of national implementation of international human rights has its defects just like in the international, regional, and local level. Some nations, for example, Saudi Arabia, contradict the international human rights because they nationally have different cultural and religious beliefs that sets a different guideline of human rights. 2. Some people have argued that the global human rights regime only suits western ideologies and misses (has a gap) on other world ideologies. I personally believe that there isn’t a substantial dark side but there are definitely topics that are missing such as abortion and it fails to state “right to clean water” which is a necessity in life. 3. The contemporary construction of International human rights is deeply embedded in western ideologies but is loose within other nations. I believe that articles such as/relating to 18, 19, and 26 are not followed in an international level, so they have the greater probability of changing.
