CHAPTER 1 THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND Introduction WHAT IS ANXIETY? What are the possibilities could Anxiety bring to us? Let’s find out. Anxiety is a fear or nervousness about what might happen. Anxiety are different thought, they can cause such distress that it interferes with your ability to lead a normal life. And not just a stress give anxiety, it has a symptoms of anxiety is feeling of panic , fear and uneasiness , problems in heart palpitation , numbness or tingling in the hands or feet and dizziness. People with this condition have feelings of terror that sometimes they don’t know what they doing because of their terror. Anxiety convey sense of worry, One of these ( tsa•raŕ) means to be confined in a physical sense and is thus rendered ‘wrap up,’ ‘ shut up and be cramped. In a figurative sense it means “grow anxious be in sore straits.” Another is da-’agh’, rendered “become anxious become frightened” it is related to dea’a•ghah’, meaning “anxious care.” Anxiety can be damaging to one’s well being. It can lead to depression, robbing one of strength and the initiative to act. There can be

serious physical manifestation from worry. Observes the book How to Master Your Nerves: Doctors know how anxiety can affect the body’s Function. It can raise (or lower) blood pressure it can elevate the white blood cell count it can suddenly affect the blood sugar by the action of adrenalin on the liver. So anxiety has a lot of negative result. So people experiencing this even our parents, but the most important is the adults and teens they feel this anxiety should fight this problem. Make ways to step up for better mind and feelings. But there’s different of anxiety in teenager even they too young to feel this it might be the result of family or school problem that their facing now. They don’t even know what they will do. This problem greatly affects teenagers. But this feeling of anxiety is not easy, it can the academic performance of a teenager. But the main point of this anxiety is about teenager that they facing right now. What kind of anxiety the students experience during this time? How students cope with life anxieties? What is the opinion of students about these anxieties? Is there a way to escape this problem or feeling? What is the causes and effects of anxiety to the students? Is it normal for students to experience anxiety? We will answer these questions in this research. When you become a teenager you have responsibility and it will
