This Exhibit Contains: Group paper and contribution to the care of patient with a CEU protecting human subjects. Rationale and Support: There are multiple issues with creating teams and having effective teamwork such as physical separation, generational differences, and cultural diversity (Hill, 2014). These challenges were overcome and met with a great effective team approach in setting time aside to work together and achieve proper care for this patient by having regular communication, transparency, and common goals (Hill, 2014).
