Connor Greiss Final Examination DIA Personal Diet Evaluation - Worksheet 6 (10 points) This examination is worth 15 points. You are expected to compare and analyze your responses from Worksheets 1-5 and provide thoughtful and thorough responses to the following questions to earn maximum points. Reponses must be typed/word processed. 1. Compare your responses from the: MyPlate table (Information is found on Worksheet 1). Carbohydrate, fiber, fat, and protein intake worksheets (Information is found on Worksheets 2, 3, and 4), and Vitamin table (Information is found on Worksheet 5). Do you see any similarities between your responses? Does the information found in the myPlate table, vitamin/mineral table, and on Worksheets 2 through 4 correlate? For example, if you are not meeting the recommended intake of milk/dairy servings, is your calcium intake also low? Explain your response using complete sentences. (3 points) For the most part from assignment to assignment everything has correlated well. I haven’t had too many issues with the amount or kinds of foods I have been eating on a regular basis. I’ve realized that my diet and combination of exercise for the most part is adequate and healthy. At times, I do over consume protein mainly from meats (chicken, pork, turkey, beef, fish) which adds to my high levels of sodium (>1,500mg) that I found on the vitamin/mineral table.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
