Week 7: Ursula Burns, Chair and Chief Executive Office of Xerox Pg. 394-395, 1-7 1. Ursula Burns made changes to the company which result in them becoming a leader in color technology and document services (Lussier, 2017). Getting a deal with R&D was definitely one of the best changes Burns made to the company. She also changed the employee view on subject such as sustainability, diversity and other items. This in turn made Xerox will multiple awards for their commitments in these areas. 2. At Xerox, Burns had to deal with technological changes in the organization. The business experienced a technological change because the R&D of new technologies (Lussier, 2017). This, also, aided Ursula turnaround Xerox while she was Vice President of the company. 3. Yes, CEO Ursula Burns has been a successful change agent so far. She has been with the company for over thirty years.
