NOTE: This is the same as version 1 handed out in class on Tuesday, March 25, except that problems 3 b and c are changed. You may not talk to ANYONE but Todd Q. about this test. You may consult *ONLY* your own math 135-136 class notes and *ONLY* the course text, Marsden and Hoffman, Elementary Classical Analysis . This means you cant use the notes of others in the class or students from previous years. You may not refer to theorems we havent covered. However, I am having many office hours during the course of the test, so if you have questions about your notes, the book, or anything else, please come talk to me. As voted by the math department: You are required to sign your exam book. With your signature you are pledging that you have neither given nor received assistance on the exam.
