My Pyramid Tracker Assignment – 3 Points Write down everything you eat and drink for 3 days. You must include at least one weekend day  (Saturday or Sunday) in your list. Be sure to include as much detail as possible about the type of  food and serving size. Go to www.mypyramidtracker.gov. Click on Assess Your Food Intake. Register as new user. Enter personal information. Proceed to food intake. Enter all food items for one entire day. Then, select quantity (serving size, number of servings) for all foods. Click on save and analyze. Click on calculate DG comparison. If you are prompted to have an energy recommendation that  either allows you to maintain your current weight or leads you to gradually achieving and  maintaining a healthy weight, choose the healthy weight option. This is based on your BMI,  which you can view by clicking on the words “healthy weight” on this page. Print the DG comparison page.
