Name: Section:  Health and Fitness Assignment #1 List the 7 dimensions of wellness (found on page 2 of your textbook). For each  dimension, list one thing that you currently do to satisfy that component and one goal  that you would like to set to improve that dimension in your life. Ex: Social Wellness – I currently have a good relationship with my two roommates  through our daily interaction. I would like to improve my relationship with my brother,  since we do not interact very much since I came to college.
