Name: Section:  Health and Fitness Assignment #1 List the 7 dimensions of wellness (found on page 2 of your textbook). For each  dimension, list one thing that you currently do to satisfy that component and one goal  that you would like to set to improve that dimension in your life. Ex: Social Wellness – I currently have a good relationship with my two roommates  through our daily interaction. I would like to improve my relationship with my brother,  since we do not interact very much since I came to college. Emotional Wellness: I currently write in a journal about everything going on in my life. I would like to improve my verbalization of my emotions. When I get upset with someone I tend to write it down instead of expressing my problems with them. Intellectual Wellness: I read a lot of books through out the year. I tend to stick to romance novels and science fiction, so I should probably expand the subjects that I
