Prerequisites IEng/Math 381: Introduction to Probability and Statistics Course Description (From the catalog) Review of general principles of statistical inference, linear regression and correlation, multiple linear regression, analysis of variance (ANOVA), and the statistical design of experiments. Tentative Material and Text Sections: Least-Squares and Regression (Chapters 4,5 and Sections 3.4 and 3.6 of Kinney), Hypothesis Testing - especially those dealing with independent samples
