Article Review #2 October 4, 2018 A Fitbit for the Environment Kristen Hunt’s Green Matter’s news article “This Smart Wristband Measures the  Environment Around You,” was a pretty cool and interesting read. The article, published on  October 2nd, 2018, gave insightful information on what could be the new “Fitbit,” but in this  case, for the environment. A Fitbit is a fitness tracker which can tell a lot of about your body – it can measure your  heart rate, your steps, quality of sleep, etc. In this article, Hunt presents a new kind of wristband,  a wearable similar to the Fitbit but “can potentially track the environment around you, helping  users understand the impact our surroundings have on our health.”  This wristband, developed by researchers at Rutgers, tests the air around it for harmful  particles.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
