Complete the following table to assist you in assessing your vitamin and mineral intake. For any nutrient you consumed less than 70% of the recommended allowance, identify one food item that would help increase your intake of that nutrient. Women must consume 100% of the RDA for folate. Sodium intake should be less than 1,500 mg. If your intake is greater than that, identify one sodium-containing food item you could reduce in your diet.
