He felt that Bill had poor leadership skills and didn’t know how to listen and communicate well with his employees. Bill showed the characteristics of an arrogant leader who only focused on what he wanted and didn’t care about the opinions or well-being of his employees. His boss would always ask him questions without even listening to Peter’s response.
