Medicine has mostly depended on organ donors to help these patients that are in need of a new organor body part. Science has advanced so much that now we can grow body parts in labs.Some body partsbeing grown in labs are fallopian tubes,cephalic flexure (similar to the brain of a 5-week-old-humanfetus), a mini heart (stem cells develop into many structures of the heart like muscle, connective tissue,organizing itself into tiny chamber that beat), minikidney (also made from stem cells),minilung (grownby a 3D printer that survived more than 100 days in the lab),ministomachs (took one month to grow ina petri dish, resembles a part of the stomach),Vagina (lab grown, and already used in patients),a penis(made using rabbit cells, and have shown success in rabbits.
