We also came toa deeper understanding of the Conservation of Energy. It is known that the law ofconservation consists of the total amount of energy in an isolated system which remainsconstant over time. Energy cannot be created or destroyed but it is possible to transform itfrom one form to another. At the end of the experiment, we discovered that if the system isthermally isolated from surroundings, the total electrical energy delivered to the systemshould be equal to the total heat gained by the system. The equations provided on theintroductory page allowed us to calculate the rest of our results.
