Answers the  question Arguable Alludes to the  evidence Supporting Point 1:   The Articles of confederations wasn’t capable to control and handle foreign affairs for example,  debt. The 13 colonies each had their own money and currency systems which made it difficult to  make decisions on foreign affairs and deals.  Specific Evidence:   "Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled…Each state could and often did act for its own benefit and did not consider the good of the whole nation. Other nations could take advantage of difference in the states' trade agreements.” ,from the lesson.
