EHR is a system designed to store data accurately and to capture the state of a patient across
time. It refers to the systematic collection of patient and population health information stored

hence save costs and time. It should be however pointed out that a reduction in the duplicated

frequently missing, an implication arises in that there will be a repetition of them and hence

transforming one physical server into many small virtual servers that offer a variety of benefits to
business of all sizes.
Limitations
One of the major limitations is that not all servers' applications are specifically designed to
virtualization –friendly. This translates that some aspect of your computer technology might not
leave you with the available option of virtualization. (Freud, 2003)
Most virtualization option does not offer adequate data protection. Thus your own server can be
put at risk hence not ideal as you do not want your data to be vulnerable
