UX UTS1.Perbedaan UX dan UIUser Experience Designatau yang biasa disebutUX Designyaitu adalah:Proses meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna (pengguna aplikasi, pengunjung website)dalam meningkatkan kegunaan dan kesenangan yang diberikan dalam interaksiantara pengguna dan produk.UI is a part of UXUX“User experience" encompasses all aspects of the end-user's interaction with thecompany, its services, and its products.User Experience highlights the experiential, affective, meaningful and valuableaspects of human-computer interaction (HCI) and product ownership. it also covers aperson’s perceptions of the practical aspects such as utility, ease of use andefficiency of the system.User experienceis subjective in nature, because it is about an individual’sperformance, feelings and thoughts about the system. User experience is dynamic, because it changes over time as the circumstances changeUI“User Interface” is the space where interactions between humans and machinesoccur. The goal of this interaction is to allow effective operation and control of the
machine from the human end, whilst the machine simultaneously feeds backinformation that aids the operators decision making processUIis the means in which a person controls a applicationsoftwareor hardwaredevice, itprovides a "user-friendly" experience, allowing the user to interact withthe software or hardware in a natural and intuitive way.UIis the aspects of a computer system or program which can be seen (or heard orotherwise perceived) by the human user, and the commands and mechanisms theuser uses to control its operation and input data.2.Project approach to UX& Good Design of UXGood Design UXA number of factors are the foundation for the user experience and have to betaken into account when developing a system.LearnabilityA system should be easy to learn and the user should be able to carry out basictasks after a short period of time. Learnability focuses on the beginning of thelearning curve. Increased learnability leads to reduced training anddocumentation efforts and resources.MemorabilitySporadic users should remember how to use the system without having to repeatthe whole learning process again. A focus on memorability leads also to lowererror rates of users restarting to work with a certain after a longer period of time.Reduced Error Rate
The user's errors have to be minimized. In this context it is very important todefine what is meant by "error". Through reduced error rates, the user's self-confidence is increased leading to higher motivation, increased efficiency and ahigher level of data quality.EfficiencyOnce the user learned how to use the system, tasks should be carried outefficiently. Experts should be able to interact with the system even moreefficiently. Efficiency leads to savings of human resources as well as operatingresources.
