CSC 6500 Theory of Languages, Automata and Computation Running PCP Solver in Eclipse IDE Steps for Running PCP Solver in Eclipse : 1)download eclipse IDE : eclipse has a support for different programming languages such as java, C,C++,php so choose the c++ version if you only want to use it for c++ development and later on you can add the plugins for java development or you can do the opposite and both should work for you. 2)extract the zipped folder into your hard drive (e.g. C:\eclipse\ ) go to that folder and search for eclipse.exe and add a shortcut to your desktop . Now you can launch eclipse by double clicking that shortcut. 3) Open eclipse and create a new project (new -> c++ project -> browse for the folder (pcpsolver_ver3 ) and the project will be imported into the workspace :
