Problem Draft and Restatement Discussion
The problem that I am facing is in my current company. There seems to be a
communication barrier with the manager that I am assisting with scheduling interviews for her.
This process consists of me calling the interviewees, placing them on her calendar, giving the
interviewee her cell number. Reason for the interviewees having the cell number is because the
interviews take place at the hospital and her not being easily accessible. She was trying to not
interrupt the front desk staff because of registering all incoming patients for multiple services.
