There are many problems at the Burger Boy, one of key issues was that employees did not have a well-defined job description and they did not have enough employees to cover for absenteeism of other employees. I believe that the culture of the Burger Boy need to be transform as it seems to the be a stressful work environment and employees are not appreciated by the manager even if they worked hard for the tasks that was not normally assigned to them. 2. How many of these problems could be explained by compensation issues? I believe to encourage employees that will also support the success of the restaurant; manager should reward daily or weekly hard work of the employees such as rewarding employee who had a perfect weekly attendance in order to fight the lagging performance.
