This means the vast majority of (67%) are actively disengaged or not engaged in their work at all (Gallup, Inc, 2017). The majority of employees are not reaching their full potential and engaged employees have proven to produce better business for the organization, across the industry, and overall economic health than disengaged workers. In our digitally transformed society overflowing with new and emerging technology, organizations face a challenge keeping up with rapidly-changing market demands and evolving business practices. One of the most vital components to optimizing organizational performance isemployee productivity and analyzing how and why your employees are motivated is a way to increase productivity and profits.
