Part 1: #4 What objects in our environment were/are created by the same processes, methods, techniques, and materials that are typical in the creation of sculptural works of art? (Minimum 100 words) Nature is basically the inspiration for a lot of art. Rivers and waterways carved canyons and bugs or insects carve out things in trees just like we carve things out of wood and stone. I know it’s not completely natural but when ants carve out huge massive tunnels in the earth, some people pour melted metal in abandoned ones, let it harden and dig them out to make crazy, twisting sculptures that’s super similar to casting. Nature inspires a lot of forms in sculptures, like if a sculpture of a person has a flowing cloth, the sculptor tries to make it seem as if it’s rippling with a breeze or fluid like a river. Part 2 : Read and answer the questions below. (Minimum words 150) I was confused on if you meant 150 words total for both questions or if it was 150 words per question, so I shot for 150 words each .

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
