Mahnoor Siddiqui NFS 4230 Dr. Pramod Khosla Sepetember 10 th 2018 Homework Assignment 1 Question #1: Drawn on attached paper. Question #2: Graph on attached paper. The graph from question 2 is different from question 1 because the Michaelis-Menten plot (from question 1) shows the limits of the substrate and enzyme reaction and provides a rate of reaction. The Lineweaver-Burk plot utilized in question 2 creates a linear graph allowing us to see the effects of different types of inhibition (which have not yet been added to the graph).
