Cheese Paper 2 nd Part In the business world these days if an owner of a business was to read Who Moved My Cheese and follow the concepts of the book they would most likely succeed. Who Moved My Cheese talks about dealing with the fear of change and stepping up against that fear to move on to better things. For instance, if a business owner was facing new competition around town and decided not to change and just keep it how the old way was, they would be playing the role of Haw in the book. When the cheese ran out in Section C, Haw decided not to look for new cheese and just sit back and wait until the cheese came back to the same old place. But the cheese will never come back to the old place. Things in our environment are always changing and we must keep up and keep moving. When a change is necessary we must go along with it and ride it out because most likely the change is for good. Companies especially must not be afraid to change things around and mix it up a little bit

If a business wants to be successful in the marketplace they must play the role of Sniff and Scurry in the book. Sniff and Scurry were always prepared for new changes dealing with cheese. When the cheese finally disappeared they were ready at the first minute they realized it because they had been monitoring the supply and realized it was getting low and that it was going to run out. If companies took this approach they would always be prepared for a drastic change and ultimately their company would succeed over all others. Therefore, a helping aid for success tips for a company would positively be reading this book and learning the lessons it teaches....
