Allocated budget limits the amount of supplies and cart parts can ordered at one time. All necessary parts and supplies to be prioritized by need and ordered as such spreading expenditures month over month vs. one time expense. Suppliers such as the companies providing linen, chemicals, tools and amenities are stocked and readily available to replenish inventory on a routine basis. GRA, A/V Tech, and Facilities personnels are available as needed to complete observations, training, repairs, and restock. All standard work process, audits and training video are instantly approved by key stakeholders in order to move forward with training. All A/V equipment and editing software are in good condition and working order. Hotel occupancy is low so rooms can be taken off market to conduct observations, training, and video recording.
Overtime is approved as needed. Contingency reserves are allocated under miscellaneous costs. All linen par levels are readily available on property and/or in rotation with the cleaning company.
