A person is supposed to think of a circumstance, evaluate it, consider the outcomes and makes decisions accordingly. Out-of-control processes do not need evaluation or thinking. The out-of-control process is supposed to be corrected, and numerous employees believe that in case the output is off target, adjustment need to be made [Eva151] . For instance, the stock market usually reacts to daily reports where the controlled process is adjusted erroneously as well as managers overreact to budget variances. Many people ignore fall in stock and fail to adjust their portfolios thus they ignore the out-of-control process. Out-of-control process example, many people usually ignore high blood pressure, getting old and other health conditions. As people get old, health changes and these changes need to be addressed properly to prevent further health impacts.
