Alyssa Salazar July 14 th , 2017 PHYS 1415 V30 LAB 1 Appendix A 1.) Find the Volume of a slab whose dimensions are L= 45.24 cm , W= 23.981 cm , H= 2.33002 cm in proper significant digits. The volume of the slab is 2528. The reason I got this answer is due to the lowest number having four significant digits. I got this number by using the formula for volume which is length x width x height. Multiplying all these numbers gave me originally 2,527.84189. Since the smallest number has four significant numbers that gave me the answer of 2528. Appendix B 1.) Plot a graph of the following the pairs of values, x and y respectively. ( x=2, y= 4) ; (x= 3.8,y= 7.6) ; ( x=6.2; y=11) ; ( x=8.0, y=17). Draw a best fitted straight line thru data points and

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
