Take a plastic rod or the plastic ruler and rub it with a piece of wool. Bring the rod or the ruler close to the pieces of paper. Observe the effect the ruler has on the pieces of paper and document that. Procedure 2: Blow up two balloons. Rub both of the balloons on your hair for half a one minute.
