Budget: $30,000 Phase 2 - Meeting with the team Goal: Set up an online business in which customers design their own custom shirts. Product: Apparel Brands will offer customers a variety of options for creating their own custom shirt, from white shirts to colored, simple texts to graphic designs, short sleeves to long sleeves. The company will use a printer sublimation technology that allows a computer image to be applied to a shirt in a high quality, high resolution, economically feasible manner. With this technology partnered with the great quality material or fabric that the company use, customers are guaranteed with comfort and style with the cost starting from just $9.99. Target Market: For this product and/or service, the target market will be the students(14-25 years old) and young professionals (24-35 years old) because they have the highest likelihood of purchasing a custom shirt and younger people tend to wear T-shirts frequently. Music is also an important interest for the target markets since both segments listen to and watch more than average amount of music. T-shirts are particularly popular at music events. This phenomenon may be explained in part by the expressive nature of both music and T-shirt graphics. This custom designed shirts will provide a form of expression, allowing each customer to choose what aesthetic or idea they want to communicate.
