That’s how we ended our day sitting around on the fire eating pork. How this Reading Relates to You This reading relates to me greatly because of how Piggy was treated and what happens to Ralph. Fist of all the is reading relates to me because of how Jack hit Piggy in the stomach and Piggy goes down. In elementary there was this one person that didn’t really like me because of how I have good grades and get whatever I want, so one day I see him come up to me and hit me in the stomach and tell me that’s what you get. Luckily, I had my back brace on and I didn’t feel a thing, but he sadly cut his knuckle open a little bit and he started crying. I told him that to ever try that again because that’s what is going to happen to you again; I went and told the office and he got his punishment and I just went back to my normal day like nothing happened. Another thing that happened in this that related to me is when Ralph was angry of how he told Jack to keep the fire going, but Jack didn’t. In middle school I was the leader of my group and I told one of my mates to bring supplies for the activity but the next day he came and forgot to bring the supplies and I was very angry at him because he had one simple job.
