Online Journal Name: Courtney Degen Fitness for Life – Fall 2017 Online Journal and Reflection – 10% - 430 points – Your online journal is required for completing critical thinking questions, some class activities, and writing about class discussion questions. Your online journal will be a running document, submitting it through Canvas on or before the due dates for section of chapters. It is recommended that you keep up to date in your journal. To keep you on track there are a total of 3 journal grading dates after every 5 chapters. Any work done to previous chapters after the grading date will be late and docked 10% – 50% depending on date of submission. Each Chapter has some Critical Thinking Questions that need to be answered each week. There are also some discussion questions for most class activities that also need to be answered. Please type your answers in a color other than black so I can easily find them and read them.
