Group Report Abstract Although effective communication plays an essential role in determining the success of business by aligning stakeholders’ effort with the overall goal of business, the problem in communication has heavy impact on organization’s operation and it is considered as one of the most difficult things for managers to overcome. This report conducted to figure out the reasons for managers to priorities effective communication in his business through four main issues. Firstly, the personal and interpersonal aspects of communication affect the ability to persuade and influence others. This issue also relates closely to personal networks inside and outside of business as well as the grapevine. The next problems refer to communication channel and sustainability in communication. Finally, some main crisis in communication come from cultural conflict and transparency in decision-making process in workplace as well as some strategies to protect business reputation. By identifying these problems, managers could see the importance of effective communication in develop relationship among employees, with clients and other stakeholders that enhance trust and credibility of business. 3
