Society believe that as men or women aged or get older our sexual drive and appetite diminishes.

The old men look disgruntled because he just read in anews article that the cost for the Viagra pill has been increased to $10. The old lady replies to him that’s good news since he will only be paying $40 a year, which make us presumed that the couple only engaged in sexual activity four times a year. I will admit that I have been concern about one day reaching to the point in my life where my sex drive. Sometimes I even joke about it with my wife by saying that she better takes advantage of me being on my peak before my sex drive starts diminishing right after I turn 40. Older couples are never too old to enjoy a healthy and happy sex life. Many people in our society, young and oldalike, find it uncommon and unusual when people stay actively engaged in sexual activity in their fifties and beyond. (Kalra, G et. al, 2011) Older couples view sexuality as a way to express their passion, affection, renewal of romance, admiration and loyalty. In addition, older couple use sexual
