The Business Profile – Week 2 Executive summary: Jai Lakhu Catering is a catering company that serves the Miami market. Jai Lakhu offers creative, colorful, and unusual food options for kosher as well as the traditional standbys. The service offerings are quite a change relative to the existing culture catering market which is quite stagnant. Most people see that our catering very culture friendly than any other catering business that uses only basic food for parties, weddings, etc. We expand to any type of activity for any culture with having to limitations. Jai Lakhu Catering will provide a special selection of traditional foods for the catering market, out lead Chef Sanjay Mehta has one of the best culinary skills to develop creative new catering options. Sanjay’s advanced skills, industry insight, and a great market opportunity will allow Jai Lakhu Catering to reach profitability by month IX and generate $425,000 in revenues for year 2 [Les16]. Goals: 1. Create a service based company with the goal to expand to any customers culture and meet their expectations. 2. Increase the number of clients 5% every six months through great service. 3. Develop cash income to pay all workers and extend the business.

The Business Profile – Week 2 Company Profile: Jai Lakhu Catering located in Miami FL, offering exquisite culture catering to the Bakersfield community. Jai Lakhu Catering can serve activities of 25 to 400 people with exquisite culture foods that are available from any culture. Jai Lakhu Catering will offer a large selective menu from traditional favorites to creative dishes. All the dishes, appetizers, and drinks will be served under supervision of the catering business. Jai Lakhu Catering will rent or buy space for an office and kitchen in an industrial area in Bakersfield. Renting or owning a building will dramatically lower the cost. The space will be used for food production, it is not relevant for the front store to be pleasing and capture the customers attention [Bra17].
