After analyzing Junk Van’s business process, errors were found. Our team decided that the best solution would be to make a radical redesign of the current process. A Business Process Improvement (BPI) could tweak Kingo’s strategy in combating the current errors that are disrupting the success of the company. In the new business process, we will try to make appropriate changes to the company’s system which will prevent the current database and operating system errors. With this, we can work toward improved employee and customer satisfaction and begin continued growth within the company. In order to best accomplish this, wewill analyze the current process and develop possible changes from which to achieve a more efficient and improved system.Old Process Overview:Junk Van currently employs two call centre operators, one data clerk, three drivers and three helpers, all under Kingo’s direct supervision.
