MARKETING CAMPAIGN 2 Abstract This paper will be discussing a health care organization and explain a healthcare organization and discuss the target market and the objectives of the market campaign. Then it will analyze the elements of the campaign based on the 4p’s of marketing. Then there will be an evaluation of the plans effectiveness and recommendations on two additional marketing actions that would supplement the company’s existing campaign.
MARKETING CAMPAIGN 3 Introduction This hospital that will be discussed is Children’s Hospital located in New Orleans, Louisiana. Children’s Hospital is one of the only full-service hospitals exclusively for children in the state of Louisiana. The mission of Children’s hospital is to provide pediatric healthcare to special needs children and continuous improvement of patient care, education and research (Children Hospital, n.d). Marketing campaigns are very important in healthcare organizations. This increases patient volume to stay financially viable, hospitals must think on how they market their services to potential referring physicians and patients (Murphy, 2017). Luckily Children’s Hospital marketing techniques are good and they received recognition for it. Children’s Hospitals management campaign process allows the patients to be very active with promoting for the organization. A Prom was held in 2013 for the children battling cancer.
