“The Tender shall remain open for a period of Hundred Eighty (180) days from the final
date for submission of Tenders stipulated in the Tender Notice or such period as may be
extended by the Superintending Officer. The successful Tenderer will be notified of the
Tender Board’s decision within this period and no Tenderer may withdraw his Tender
within this period.”
