ARCHITECTURES OF INNOVATIONOn the recent market environment, there are companies that produce a product and earn enough money to continue operating while there are other companies that are eliminating competition. Everything comes from a term that seems to escape many frames and is known as innovation. Innovation is the creation of an idea to help, in general, help the consumer with the practices of everyday life, but, in addition to ensuring that a company can beat its competition and get what seems to be an infinite amount of income There are three main companies that are very well known for their innovation tactics within their companies; these are P & G, Whirlpool and CEMEX. All of these companies have implemented strong innovation tactics in their business and continue to grow and change with the market. Through the company's culture, processes and management systems, they have created a well-diversified environment and ready to listen to all employees. This ultimately makes them successful and will allow them to continuewith the creation of extraordinary innovations. Every business is different, but some companies want to improve the world through innovation. Whirlpool Take, for example, was one of the elite in the field of innovation for some time. They believe that it's not just about creating something, but about supporting the world and making it better for everyone. Through their management processes, they believe that even the smallest should have something to say about what will happen with a product. Have many meetings to generate ideas and innovation, they also have a 70/20/10 percent business policy for time spent at work. 70% of the daily working time is used to work in the company, 20% for current innovations and 10% for personal projects. Whirlpool has dedicated much of its time to innovation and integrated it into the company's DNA. One of the essential business skills for leaders and architects of innovation is the ability to read the times and know what will work for 2

There is no single answer or recipe for success, but Whirlpool's innovation phases can serve as a model for many organizations seeking to make innovation part of their DNA (Noreña, 2013). Through these practices, it is what makes Whirlpool's success in its goal ofinnovation away from your business.
